SAVAIR - State Of Art Refrigerant Driers - MG Series

SAVAIR presents environment friendly (R-407C) energy efficient refrigerant driers from MTA Italy for the quality conscious customers in India. These driers guarantees a 3°C constant dew point at no load and part load conditions by its hot gas bypass valve preventing the temperature falling below 0°C & risk of condensate freezing. The capacity ranging from 500 CFM to 6000 CFM available in air cooled version & water cooled.

A perfectly balanced design of refrigeration circuit minimizes any fluctuation in dew point and hot bypass valve remains the only control device keeping constant dew point regardless of air flow rate and temperature variation. Air To Air heat exchanger and evaporator are of finned coil type and are in the single vessel. Material of construction being copper for tubes and fins maximizes the heat transfer and is having corrosion resistance characteristics. 

Twin refrigeration compressors are provided with single refrigerant circuit control for higher end models to save energy and ensure consistent dew point. Its advanced microprocessor control system displays digital air inlet/ out temperature, dew point, refrigerant temperature, and 15 fault alarms can even alert via GSM and stores last 50 events.

These dryers are fully tropicalized and designed for heavy industrial duty to operate even at an inlet temp. up to 65 deg C. with its energy efficiency. Its technology ensures 100% reliability, consistent performance; and totally maintenance free operation.
